1.What plans can I opt for while purchasing content on mobile?
On your mobile, we have following plan for you:
Subscription Plans (recurring) :
Subscription plan of FILS 10 (i.e. Unlimited downloads @ FILS 10/- *| Weekly) and FILS 30 (i.e. Unlimited downloads @ FILS 30/- *| Monthly)
To ensure that you continue to enjoy uninterrupted entertainment on .com, the subscriptions will auto-renew after their scheduled duration. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, visit My Downloads section.
Note that data charges for downloads will be applicable as per your mobile service provider and mobile service price plan opted by you.

2.I have changed my handset. Will I still be able to purchase content?
Yes. You can continue to purchase content on your new handset also, provided your handset supports GPRS.

3.I have subscribed to plans on .com and now I have changed my mobile number. What will happen to my subscription?
Your subscription will be active on your earlier mobile number only. When the mobile number changes, we are unable to carry over the subscription to your new mobile number.
However, if the items are downloaded on your mobile phone, then they will continue to remain on your handset irrespective of the change in your mobile number. Hence, just remember to complete all your downloads before you change your mobile number.

4.How many times can I download a purchased content?
You can download the purchased content a maximum of 3 times only.

5.I got a new phone. How do I re-download everything without getting charged?
You can transfer all the content from your earlier phone memory to the new phone memory using a cable connector. Alternately, you can also download it from .com MOBILE site if you haven’t downloaded it 3 times. For re-download, just go to My Downloads on your mobile phone.

6. How do I download content to my phone?
Downloading content on your mobile phone from the wap site is very simple.

b) Browse through the entertainment items
c) Click on the item that you would like to purchase
d) Select one of the two plans viz. Subscription Plans or A la carte Plans and click on the Download button under that plan.

7.Why do I need to have a GPRS connection?
GPRS is used most commonly by mobile phones to connect to the Internet. It stands for General Packet Radio Service. You can send and receive emails using GPRS and browse the Internet. Since the .com Mobile site is available only through the Mobile Internet Plan, you require GPRS connection activated on your mobile phone.

8. How do I configure the GPRS settings on my mobile?
To get the GPRS settings on your mobile, you need to speak to your mobile operator. They will be able to send the settings directly to your handset and then it/s just a matter of saving them.

9.I am having trouble downloading through .com Mobile site. What do I do?
Just check the following:

Yes, you can play your music tracks and videos on any other music player as well, once you have purchased the items through the plans available to you viz. Subscription Plans or A la carte Plans.

13.How do I set an image as wallpaper on my mobile device?
Once the download is complete, follow these steps:
a. View image and click on Save
b. Once saved, go to Menu - Settings
c. Go to My Images and select Options.
This option will allow you to set the image as wallpaper on your mobile device.
